The modal jersey is so soft it barely feels like I'm wearing anything, and the elastic waistband doesn't dig in at all. That little flounce at the hem makes it feel a bit dressier than a plain mini. Wore it with the matching top and got compliments all night.
I wore this to a dinner and the stretchy jersey moved with me all night without riding up. The flounce at the hem gives it a bit of a romantic swing too, which I wasn't expecting from a plain black mini.
